Job brief

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager/ Marketing Manager to support and add value to our expanding business and clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and marketing strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable business growth through boosting sales, marketing, discovering new markets and forging strong relationships with clients and partners



  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on business gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, new partners and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and partners
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Work out company’s strategic marketing and roadmap together with the team and follow up on implementation
  • Support of international offices in business development and marketing
  • Arranging events and exhibitions
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop business analyses to demonstrate the business directions and main streams


  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, marketing specialist or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
